2 in One Hand
2 balls in one hand is a good trick on its own but is also a necassary setting stone to other tricks, such as collums, and to 4 ball juggling. In order to perform these tricks you should master 2 in one hand in both hands. It can also be incorparated into 3 ball juggling. It is still techniquely juggling as you have more balls than you do hands.
How to
Starting in you strong hand practise throwing a ball up in the air, to about eye level, and catching it. You should try to make these throws eliptical, in an egg shape. Throw the balls on the inside but moving outward, make your catches on the outside then move your hand back across to the start.
When you move on to two balls simply throw the second ball after the first one reaches is peak. The two balls should follow each other round in a circle making the throws easy. Don't panic as you do this as over time you will get used to the faster pace
