3 Ball Juggling
The technique for 3 ball juggling is verey simple and easy to learn, however learning it in practise will take patients and time and you must not be put off by faliure. Before you learn to juggle with 3 balls you must practise the techique with one, take the ball in you right hand(or left if you are lefthanded) and throw it in an arc over to your other hand. the ball should peak at about eye level and you should be throwing from elbow height, try to make the arc just wider than your body. practise this throwing from one hand to the other untill you are confortable with both. You can then practise with two balls, with one in each hand throw the first ball in the arc you were practising above. when this ball reaches its peak throw the second ball across to the other hand. Practise this leading with both hands.
You are now ready to move onto three balls, start with 2 in your strong hand and one in your weak hand. throw the first ball out of your strong hand and when it reaches its peak, as u did with two balls, throw the second ball in the other hand. then when this ball reaches its peak throw the third ball. You then continue throwing each ball in term (alternating your hands) as the ball proceding it reaches its peak. If you can manage 30 catches you can consider yourself juggling as you are likley to have made some mistakes and have corrected and carried on. You are then ready to learn some tricks.
