3 Ball Flash
The three ball flash is simply throwing all three balls up in the air so that your hands are left empty and then catching all three balls again. This trick can be expanded upon by taking advantage of the momentary emptiness of your hands, such as doing a pirouete
How to
To begin hold the three balls as if you were about to start juggling (2 in your strong hand 1 in your week hand), throw all three balls up in rapid sucsession heigher than your normall three ball cascade height. Your hands shoud then be empty, after a brief pause catch the three balls in the opposite hands as they come back down. When you first start there probly wont be a long gap between throwing and catching but as you get used to it you will be able to make the gap longer. When you do the flash say in your head 'throw throw throw gap gap catch catch catch'
Once you can do the flash on its own try it in a three ball cascade. Start off the cascade as normal, although slightly lower than normal helps, then do three sucsessive throws higher than the rest. All three balls should then be in the air leaving your hands empty. Make the next to catches and continue juggling normally
When you can do it in the three ball cascade work on trying to make the gap longer by throwing the balls higher and closer together. You can then do something when the balls are in the air, start off by doing something simple like clapping your hands and work up to a piroute
